Cheese Crackers

My kids are crazy about salty snacks.
Goldfish and Cheeze'it are staples in our pantry.
Last night we made the cheese crackers from scratch.
Timothy was a big helper.
And it was easier than kaastengel ( Indonesian version of cheese crackers )

Tim suggested the ballpoint tip to make the holes because we don't have skewers

When I Am Tired of Meat

Last Saturday I made Indonesian style beef roulade
We bought fried chicken on Sunday
On Monday I cooked oven baked chicken legs
Since I did not have time to cook on Tuesday , we ordered Chinese food for lunch, kids ate at IKEA for dinner, Eddy baked some fish for the adults in the evening.
Today I am tired of meat...
So I cooked ....
braised tofu and mushroom in soy sauce, stir fried egg and cabbage, steamed sweet potatoes

Mad King  Claudius  banned marriages.
Mr. Valentine , the priest, performed underground marriage ceremony.
He got caught, thrown in jail.
A lot of people sent flowers and cards for the priest.
The jailer's daughter became his friend
On February, 14, he died.
He wrote her a note, said " From your Valentine's "

TITANIC

100 years ago it sank down in the Atlantic Ocean
Yesterday I saw its remains in the Ford Museum
A close friend  wondered if the exhibition eerie
I did not feel that way at all seeing it

The first class bedroom replica was really impressive
Ultra comfortable, classy and expensive
In Titanic, each class had different dinnerware
What I like the most is the simplest one for the third class

I would love to try the food in the Titanic.. all sounds yummy

During the line up before the tour begin, we were each given a name of the Titanic's passengers.
At the end , we can search if that person was survived or not

She survived

The Reason Why I Blog

House chores and  rearing kids are always work in progress..
After washing and folding the clothes, the hamper is full again
After putting the toys away in one room, there will be a mess in another
After the dishes washed and dried, the kids want a snack
Going on and on and on

Messy Counter

After snacking

Pantry organization in progress
Writing some sentences, taking some pictures,
and seeing them coming together in a post make me happy
Because I can see an instant result.
THERE IS A SENSE OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

ONE MORNING

Walking around the house with Sophie

Enjoying the blooms

Feeling the cool air that turned hot later that day
