Happy Lunch



Food prep under 15 minutes
light and clean protein
colorful
warm
makes me happy

hard boiled egg with salt and pepper
a slice of Asiago cheese bread from Panera
homemade vinaigrette
( a little garlic, olive oil,
white vinegar, sugar and salt )
red kidney beans, apple, cucumber
and  A CUP OF HOT TEA !
